Dr. Daryl Stone
Dr. Daryl Stone, BSU Class of 1992, successfully defended his Doctoral Dissertation, at George Washington University, on Election Day, November 4, 2008. The title of his dissertation is “African-American Males in Computer Science – Examining the Pipeline for Clogs”. His goal is to find ways to recruit, prepare and retain more minorities in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) areas, specifically, the Computing Discipline.
