During CPU Camp, the young men learned the fundamentals of Computer Programming, specifically Visual Basic and C++.  Additionally, the campers toured the campus, including the Computer Science Department’s network server, the Bowie State University Super Computing Center and the BSU Satellite Operations and Control Center (BSOCC).
         Campers ranged in age from twelve to seventeen.  Most campers were from Prince Georges County, while two campers were from Baltimore, Maryland.
